are there really short prints in the base set?

Hum, a smaller set about time Topps gets it with their Allen & Ginter being too big. Yes, I was weak picked up a blaster box and 3 hanger packs. Pulled a bunch of short prints and pulled 1 Jonah Keri Relic card. Also I had only one double card not bad. | ||
