I am a new member of TCDb (just joined) but have been a baseball card collector since 1957----I am now a 75 year old living close to Toronto, Ont., Canada.
I have approx. 300-400 of the 598 in this set but it now appears that I may have a very rare error cardof # 252 Pete Richert. I do have the correct version of this card, and the correct version of #268 Ken McBride, but I also have a bizarre version------Richert on the front, identical to the correct card, but the complete stats and #268 of Ken McBride on the back !
I asked GOOGLE about "errors or variations" for each of these players but ll it had was a discussion of very minor variations, nothing like what I have. I am intrigued to hear from you fellow members about this apparently little-known error variation. Thank you,
