This card was made by Checkered Flag to test the quality of a printing vendor. Some of the cards were given to the subject driver to pass out to his fans.
The President of Checkered Flag mentioned (in an article in Issue #2 of Quarter Milestones) that a 'few' of these cards were made in sticker back form. Since that version was not formally released, I have refrained from creating a listing for the sticker back card until such time that one is discovered to still exist.
