200-card set (#1-200) distributed in a plastic miniature replica of Skydome, site of the 1991 All-Star Game. Cards have the 1991 Stadium Club design and a 1991 copyright year. Production was limited to 360,000 sets.
For anyone arriving at this page wondering why your card says "1991 N.L. ALL-STAR" on the bottom of the card... Apparently some of these cards were foiled with the obviously incorrect "1991 N.L. ALL-STAR" foil stamp. I am quite new here, but my understanding based on a forum discussion on this website pertaining to this exact card, is that a foil stamp "error" is actually a "printing glitch", so no note is made of the "error" in this database. I think this is as close as you'll be able to get when adding it to your collection.
