My Cardinals hat was purchased from the Team Store in 8/2013 at Busch Stadium #4 during my first visit to St. Louis. It was a life-long dream to get to STL for a live Cardinals baseball game and I jumped at the chance when the opportunity arrived. I'll never forget that 14-inning game that lasted 5 hours and 5 minutes with the Cardinals beating the Pirates 4-3 on a base hit from pitcher Seth Maness that scored Jon Jay from 3rd base! I have Certified AU cards of both players now just because of that game. I hope to get back to STL for another game as soon as I can.
My Panthers shirt doesn't have a history really. But the logo on the wall behind me does. I bought that Fathead helmet back when they cost only $90 (now over $140). After I finished building the interior wall and painting it, I put the Fathead on it in the exact center of the length. It's still the biggest single item in this room (even bigger than the TV)!
