Couldn't even tell you where or when this picture was taken, I'm afraid. But it must be a few years ago, because my beard is red. (I hate it when sets use old pictures.)The floppy hat is obviously of my favorite team. On the t-shirt, you can see the top of the logo for Bread for the City, a DC non-profit where I was the legal clinic director for 20 years. Free food, social services, medical, clothes, and legal representation for impoverished citizens of the District. The best place EVER!
