Having always been astounded by the sheer physicality of this man I was baffled to hear a recent interview on AM610 in KC that Bo said he didn't lift weights on a regular basis and was just naturally physically gifted. Truth or tall tails I will never forget the first time I heard his bat crack on a homerun hit in person. I'm a true fan and have the up most respect for this man as he continues today to do so much for charity and the youngsters he has the opportunity to influence and help. A true modern day athletic role model. BO Knows Baseball!
