I can´t help myself but I see no "Printed in USA". May I probably look wrong. All variations have 1992 The Topps Company, INC on the back side.

The difference between these cards and the regular Stadium Club, is that the OPC version says "Ptd in USA" on the bottom by the copyright. The American version does not.

Stadium Club Master Photos:
Inserted one per U.S. box, and issued in two 12-card series, these 24 oversized cards measure 5" by 7". The fronts feature color player action shots framed by prismatic foil lines and set on a white card face. The cards are numbered on the back for both series as "X of 12," but are listed below as 1-24 to avoid confusion. Winner cards, which could be redeemed for one 5" X 7" card of each of the three players listed on the reverse, were inserted 1:24 packs of '93-94 Stadium Club
