This is a bit of an odd set as it contains players from different categories (minor league, college summer league). The Crosscutters were a minor league team from 1999 to 2020 (Pirates then Phillies affiliate). Then during the minor league baseball realignment / MLB takeover, the Crosscutters lost their minor league franchise and became a College Summer League team starting in 2021. The set includes 12 players (6 each from the team's Pirates and Philies affiliate eras) from the time the team was a minor league team and one player (Matthew Etzel) from their time as a College Summer League team. The set also includes cards of two former managers from the team's minor league days.
