Notes on the Minis and Minis Panels:
1) The panels appear to have been released first.
2) The cut minis were made available after the panels.
3) The cut minis may be unevenly cut due to possible issues / errors in the cutting process. The result may be some of the minis are 1 11/16", while others are 1 13/16", from the right to left side of each mini card.
