- Cards were issued in three sizes: SMall (1 1/2" x 2 5/8"), Medium (2 3/16" x 3"), and Large (2 11/16" x 4 1/16").
Even though the cards were issued in three sizes each card itself only came in one size. Additionally, some cards are in color while others are black & white.
