• #204 John Jurkovic - According to the August 1994 issue of Beckett Football Card Monthly (article by Cara Preuth) a packers fan named Michael Desotell organized a petition to get a card made for John Jurkovic, gathering hundreds of signatures and Playoff was the first to respond: "Playoff agreed to add a Jurkovic card to its 1994 Playoff Series set, even though it would mean stopping production of the set midstream to add the card."
