Magic Ruler set released in 2002 was renamed to Spell Ruler to avoid confusion with Magic The Gathering cards. The Worldwide English cards were released with the SRL set code. The European version of the Spell Ruler cards used the MRL-Exxx numbering. The North American Spell Ruler version used the MRL-ENxxx card numbers and were released with the 2003 Collector Tins.
