Notes

Initial series contained 48 cards, with cards 1 to 24 issued in 1933 and cards 25 to 48 issued in 1934. A 2nd series was issued in 1934 and included a reissue of cards 25 to 48 and 60 additional cards. The 2nd series was to contain 144 cards as noted on the reverse of the cards. However, only 108 were issued.
