Distributed in one series (#1-185). All multiples of three from #3 through #150 (#3, #6, #9, etc.) are inserted 1:2 Hobby packs and serial numbered to 999. Rising Stars #101-150 photo variations inserted 1:2 Hobby packs and serial numbered to 999. Each Hobby pack contains one SN999 card. Rookie Autographs #151-185 inserted 1:2 Hobby packs overall (#151-170 inserted 1:3, #171-185 inserted 1:8), some of which were distributed via redemption exchange. #94 was pulled early in production and may be available in the aftermarket.

Inserted 1:34 Hobby packs and serial numbered to 199. The MEM note in this set refers to a piece of bunting from Yankee Stadium.

Stadium Club - First Day Issue (Hobby)

Partial parallel, #1-100 and base versions of #101-149 only, skipping all multiples of 3. Inserted 5:6 Hobby packs and serial numbered to 599. Cards are thicker and have a "2008 1st Day Issue" holofoil stamp on the front. #94 does not exist.

Stadium Club - First Day Issue (Retail)

Partial parallel, #3-150, multiples of 3 only, and Rising Star variations #101-150. Inserted one per Retail pack. Cards have a "2008 1st Day Issue" holofoil stamp on the front and are not serial numbered on the back. #94 does not exist.

Sold online by Topps in the 21st century. Each card was packaged in a protective case with a round "Topps Vault" sticker/seal. If the card had a hologram authentication sticker applied to the back, the corresponding Certificate of Authentication (COA) included a matching hand-numbered serial number; otherwise the COA included a description of the card.
