Cards were released with a die-cast vehicle. Note2 indicates the car number where the cards were found in packaging. There are many differences in cardstock and color shades for these cards, some of which may be due to manufacturing differences, but some may be due to the variety of ways in which these cards have been stored over the years. As these irregularities are impossible to track, they are not listed here. This set is for cards that were not distributed in regular retail set. Some cards in the regular retail set may have been issued in Exclusive packaging as well, but if they were identical to the main release, they are not listed here.
