This set was produced by Volunteer Racing Promotions for, and sold in factory set form at, Donny's Lernerville Cards, the souvenir and memorabilia shop at Lernerville Speedway. Just like part 1, it was made in two versions; the basic set and the Silver Edition set that was serial numbered to 500 units on the cover card. The last card of the set advertises a "Part 3" set that was never produced.
