Distributed as Series One (#1-365) and Series Two (#396-760). Playoff subset #366-395 was distributed as 11-card packs via three redemption cards. Update set #761-790 was distributed via a Series Two wrapper mail-in redemption offer. Factory sets include #1-790.

Collector's Choice - Postseason Highlights Redemptions
Inserted 1:11 Series One packs, could be redeemed for base set #366-375 (Divisional Series), #376-385 (Championship Series) or #386-395 (World Series) depending on which redemption card it was.
Collector's Choice - Ripken Collection
#1-4 inserted 1:12 Series One packs and #9-12 inserted 1:12 Series Two packs. There were different header cards issued for each series and were only in Collector's Choice packs. Additional cards were inserted into packs of 1996 Upper Deck (#5-8 and #13-17) and 1996 SP (#18-22) and are listed as inserts within those sets.
Collector's Choice - Silver Signature

Collector's Choice - You Crash the Game
Inserted 1:5 Series Two packs. Cards have silver foil stamping on the front and game rules on the back, and card numbers have a "CG" prefix. Winning cards could be redeemed for an upgraded version of the card.
Collector's Choice - You Crash the Game Exchange
Each card was received in exchange for a redeemed winning Silver "You Crash the Game" card of the same player. Cards have silver foil stamping on the front, and card numbers have a "CR" prefix. #CR16 (Walker) and #CR30 (Carter) do not exist. At least one example of #CR8 (Salmon) was issued.
Collector's Choice - You Crash the Game Gold
Inserted 1:50 Series Two packs. Cards have gold foil stamping on the front and game rules on the back, and card numbers have a "CG" prefix. Winning cards could be redeemed for an upgraded version of the card.
Collector's Choice - You Crash the Game Gold Exchange
Each card was received in exchange for a redeemed winning Gold "You Crash the Game" card of the same player. Cards have gold foil stamping on the front, and card numbers have a "CR" prefix. #CR8 (Salmon), #CR16 (Walker) and #CR30 (Carter) do not exist.
