Produced for "Football and Academics: A Championship Team" (FACT) and sponsored by Shell Oil. Distributed as six individual subsets: Stay in School (#1-18), Stay Fit (#19-36), Eat Smart (#37-54), Stay in Tune (#55-72), Stay Off Drugs (#73-90) and Stay True to Yourself (#91-108). Cards have the same design as 1994 Fleer but have different numbering and include a Shell logo and trivia on the back instead of football statistics.
