Released as a bonus with the Z2 Comics Illustrated Al oversized hardcover graphic novel. The cards were released in a "wax pack" with the deluxe or super deluxe packages available through the Z2 Comics website.
The set contains 10 cards and 1 sticker with the sticker technically being card #2, but is not numbered as such. Cards are numbered 1 and then 3 through 11. Every sealed pack contains this same set of cards, as confirmed by Z2 Comics.
