Published by Kitchen Sink Press in 1993, who was then ordered to "cease and desist" production and distribution by the Babe Ruth estate. Rather than challenge the order in court, KSP destroyed its remaining inventory. It is estimated that only 1200 of the 3000 sets produced made it to market.
