Hobby research indicates that the 1952 Berk Ross set was likely an unlicensed issue. Little is known about the set's distribution and release. Because of the heavy concentration of Yankees, Giants and Dodgers in the set, and the survival of cards in that part of the country, the cards may have been regionally distributed in the Northeast.
