After a hiatus of several years, I am in a place now where I wish to resume trading.  Basically, collecting cards of current and former Michigan Wolverines is my sole goal now. 

Trading

• I send cards out via PWE
• I try to limit myself to sending cards out twice a week - usually Monday and Friday
• I make an effort to pull cards before offering or accepting a trade proposal
• I will likely decline trades in which the cards I am to receive are "worth" less than my postage cost
• I am open to trades outside the US, but the cards need to justify the increased cost

I collect any and all Braves cards from 1954 - Present (RIP Hank Aaron). If you use Beckett values to make an offer with me, don't bother. Their values do not represent real values!

I have decided to scale back from trying to collect every Braves card ever made and concentrate on the sets I like. Lately it seems to be next to impossible to collect team sets since there are so many inserts, VAR, SP, and just all to many brands. Topps has once again turned collecting into $$$ for them by making so many different brands. The cost to collect is getting to be very expensive and making me question the hobby again. I still plan on trading and looking for the cards I am still missing.

Willing to trade just about anything for Braves cards......

2/23/26: With the overwhelming success I had gathering Bob Gibson cards for my Dad, I have added Matthew Golden, Javon Bullard, Micah Parsons, Sean Strickland & Travis Hunter to my Want Lists for my boys, as those are some of their favorites.  (Thank you to all I traded with to get the Gibsons.  Wrapped up that project with over 170 different cards, gifted to my Dad for Christmas/his Birthday!)

Came across tcdb.com towards the end of 2019, and I have now completed over 2,000 transactions, with more than 30,000 cards changing hands!  Love everything about this site.  I have met so many cool people from all over the Country, and even a few from Canada and beyond - as far away as Finland!  Missing U.S. trade partners from only Alaska & New Mexico, so let's get those crossed off the list.....

Goal for VINTAGE ONLY CARDS (condition NOT very important...just no rips/tears, no writing on the front...some creasing is absolutely ok...not really concerned with how the back looks): more Hank Aaron (preferably in a Milwaukie uniform), more Mickey Mantle pre-1969, Babe Ruth any playing year, Joe DiMaggio any playing year, Lou Gehrig any playing year, Ted Williams pre-1955, Jackie Robinson any playing year, Shoeless Joe any year, Jimmie Foxx any year, Satchel Paige any year, and Stan Musial pre-1960...maybe a few others.  For basketball, I would like a Alcindor while in Milwaukie, early Doctor J, Oscar, early Magic/Bird, Bill Russell, David Thompson, Cousy, Mikan (?), Moses & maybe a couple others.  Prefer to stay as cheap as possible, but for the right card might go a little higher...obviously Mantle/Ruth/Gehrig/DiMaggio and those types would be more.  Again, condition I know won't be great at these prices.  I now have a Hank, Mantle, Maris, Jackie, Clemente, Yogi, Bob Gibson, Tom Seaver, Ernie Banks, Sandy Koufax, Willie Mays, Joe Morgan, Jerry West, Wilt, Alcindor, Maravich and Gervin at these levels, and a Ted Williams that I'm very happy with.  But the more the merrier if the price is right!

Typically, I do plain white envelope (PWE) trades, but I am open to larger trades. I would prefer to keep the trade to at least a six-card minimum unless the cards are high enough in value.
