Like many kids my age, I had a lot of fun collecting junk wax (I wasted a lot of chore money on ‘91 Score). Those fond memories brought me back to collecting in 2016. Originally, I was looking to purchase all the cards I had or wanted as a kid, but, over the past few years, my interests have changed and I began to collect sets from the 1960s and earlier.

I’m a huge fan of the T205 set both for the look of the cards and the biographical write-ups on the back. Other sets I collect include 1933 DeLong, 1938 Goudey Heads Up, 1953-54 Parkhurst Hockey, 1957 Topps Basketball and 1962 Topps football.

Beyond sets, I’m looking to collect all Del Bissonette cards and memorabilia (he’s from my hometown). I also collect Hartford Whalers memorabilia (especially love Ulf Samuelsson, Geoff Sanderson and Sean Burke-related items).
