One million cards

My first and hopefully last negative feedback. Payment transaction was agreed upon on 2/6/21, I sent the cards on 2/11 and he received on 2/16. One million claimed the cards were damaged, he was not paying and would send them back. He would not tell me how they were damaged. I have contacted him three times with no replies. Not sure what happened??
