53. 2009-10 O-Pee-Chee - Canadian Heroes #CB-CW Catherine Ward

Ward established herself as one of Canada's stars on the blue line playing for the Canadian U22 team and for the 2009 Women's World Championship team and the 2010 Olympic gold medal winning team. While with Martlets at McGill University, Ward set a QSSF record for points by a defenseman, and in 2007 became the first Martlet to earn the CIS rookie-of-the-year honour since the inception of the award in 2001. She set new McGill single-season marks for most goals, assists and points in her varsity debut, finishing second among CIS defensemen with 22 points despite playing in only 16 conference games. She was a three-time CIS All-Canadian Defender and in 2009 won the CIS Women's Hockey Championship's MVP award. Ward also played one season in the NCAA as a Boston University Terrier, and was a 2011 Patty Kazmaier Award Nominee, Second Team All-American, NCAA Frozen Four All-Tournament team member, and a New England Women's Division I All-Star selection.

54. 2015 Upper Deck Team Canada Juniors #51 Tara Watchorn

Watchorn made her debut for Team Canada in the 2010 Four Nations Cup and played for Canada most recently at the 2014 Winter Olympics. She chose to withdraw from playing in the 2018 Olympics, however a future comeback is still possible. She is currently a coach at Boston University.

57. 2015 Upper Deck Team Canada Juniors #55 Laura Fortino

58. 1994-95 Classic - Women of Hockey #W11 Laura Leslie

59. 1997-98 Collector's Choice #294 Laura Schuler

Schuler joined the Canadian women's national team in its first season, 1990. She captured gold medals at World Championships in 1990, 1992, and 1997. I know that the Ohio State women's hockey team has a couple of team sets; other universities may also have them. https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/175591/2005-06-Honda-Ohio-State-Buckeyes-Women is the only one with a checklist, but my memory is that there is at least one other season done

Hilary Knight is in the 2014 Topps US Olympic set, which is in the multi-sport category.  There may be others. I just know her for sure because I have the card.  You might also check the 2018 set.  Those were hobby only so I never got any packs of those.

It was nice getting women's cards in the mix with the men. Manon Rheaume's cards were a big deal back when I was in grade school, and I definitely remember getting that Angela James card fresh out of a pack.

i agree with DanD.  I had a huge crush on Rheaume when I was in high school.  I may add her to my 'Favorite Individuals' PC before too much longer.

I need to make time to read this in full. The lack of a single card for someone like Kendall Coyne is downright negligence.

The Lamoreaux twins both got cards in the first Topps Winter Olympics set. i may have spelled their name(s) wrong.

Billy, I couldn't agree more. I love watching the NWHL and it's a shame there aren't any cards made for them currently. More than that though, there's hardly any cards for American women's hockey players which feels crazy considering they won gold at the olympics in 2018 and then gold again at worlds in 2019. Like what does a girl have to do to get a card of their favorite players ??

You did amazing job on these

Just a little more on Cassie Campbell, The next winter olympic games is Campbell-Pascall's third Olympic Games as a broadcaster. ... She is a trailblazer for women covering the sport, as she was the first woman to do colour-commentating on Hockey Night in Canada, where she currently works as a TV analyst. And in ,y opinion is a good and even better than most. Jeff

Great write up. Just wish someone like Upper Deck would pick up the NWHL to make their own set of cards. Another woman I could think of that wasn't added is Erica Holst. I know this because I have her only card lol
