He ended up one shy of the MLB record of home runs in eight consecutive games last done by Ken Griffey Jr. |
32. 2021 Bowman Sterling #BSP-35 Hunter Greene
May 15th, 2022. Top Prospect Hunter Greene throws 7 1/3 no-hit innings in his seventh MLB start. Hunter Greene threw seven and a third innings without allowing a hit before allowing two walks in the eighth inning. Manager David Bell then pulled him out of the game. The Pirates then scored a run off of reliever Art Warren after another walk and a fielder's choice. Greene and Warren combined for eight innings without allowing a hit but the Pirates won the game 1-0 without recording a hit. |
33. 2022 Topps #392 Luis Castillo
July 27th, 2022. Luis Castillo throws seven innings and gets the win in possibly his last start at GABP. Luis Castillo's name was commonly put in trade rumors during the 2022 season after the Reds started 3-22 and fell out of the playoff race early. In his last start before the trade deadline, Castillo scattered three runs over seven innings. In the seventh inning, Castillo got in trouble allowing runners to reach second and third with a two run lead. Castillo struck out the next three batters. After striking out Wendle for the third out, Castillo fist pumped and walked off the mound to a standing ovation. If it was his last start for the Reds at GABP, it was classic Castillo.

May 15th, 2023. Matt Mclain makes his MLB debut in Colorado. Mclain went 1-4 with a walk and scored two runs in a 9-8 loss to the Rockies in his MLB debut. |
36. 2021 Bowman Draft #BD-8 Andrew Abbott
June 5th 2023. Andrew Abbott makes his MLB debut at GABP. Andrew Abbott, the Reds 2022 minor league pitcher of the year, made his major league debut in front of a home crowd. Abbott pitched six scoreless innings, only allowed one hit, and earned the win in his debut.

37. 2023 Bowman - Bowman Spotlights #BS-8 Elly De La Cruz
June 6th, 2023. Elly De La Cruz makes his major league debut at GABP. Ranked at the time by ESPN as the top prospect in baseball, Elly De La Cruz was the Reds most hyped prospect. Fans anxiously awaited his arrival and finally got to see it happen on June 6th at GABP. In his debut, De La Cruz went 1-3 with two walks and scored a run. Matt Mclain hit a walk off single to beat the Dodgers 9-8.

38. 2023 Topps Now #402 Elly De La Cruz / Will Benson
June 7th, 2023. Will Benson hits a walk off home run, which also happened to be his first major league home run. A day after Elly De La Cruz's debut and coming back from a big deficit against the Dodgers, the Reds come back again and won on a walk off home run from Will Benson. It was also Benson's first major league home run. Elly De La Cruz also hit a home run, the first of his major league career.

39. 2023 Topps - 1988 Topps Baseball 35th Anniversary (Series One) #T88-91 Joey Votto
June 19th, 2023. Joey Votto homers in his return to the line up and the Reds move into first in the Central. In his first game of of the year due to an injury the previous year, Joey Votto homered and had three RBIs as the Reds beat the Rockies 5-4. With a Brewers loss to the Diamondbacks, the Reds took over first place in the NL central. Their nine game winning streak was the Reds longest since a 10 game winning streak in 2012.

40. 2023 Bowman - Prospects #BP-65 Elly De La Cruz
June 23rd, 2023. 1st place Reds (11 game winning streak) vs 1st place Braves (8 game winning streak) clash at GABP. Elly hits for the cycle. In a battle between first place teams, the Reds battled back and forth with the Atlanta Braves and came out with the victory, 11-10. It was the Reds 12th straight victory. Rookie Elly De La Cruz hit for the cycle. |
