Remembering non-QB players passing the ball is the easy part. Recalling (or finding out) if they're lefties is the hard part.

Sports Illustrated did an article on Vida Blue (7/12/1971) which said he had an uncle on his mother's side with the last name of Henderson who was a lefty QB at Grambling ... he's not in TCDB ... it'll take forever to find out his full name and the years he played, so I'll leave that task for someone else.
Sam McDowell's Dad, Tom, played college QB for Pittsburgh according to Sam's 1972 Topps Boyhood Baseball Card, was Tom a lefty too? There is a Tom / Thomas/ T H Mc Dowell listed on 1929 Roster and article mentions him as being on the 1930's teams
Jesse Hudson Cards | Trading Card Database (tcdb.com) Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jesse_Hudson ******* Per the article below, Vida Blue as a senior in HS threw 17 TD passes to Hudson ... does NOT say that Hudson also played quarterback, but it's certainly plausible that he did. It's really tough trying to find out stuff on Hudson via online searches. https://vault.si.com/vault/1971/07/12/humming-a-rhapsody-in-blue
Jim Abbott, high school starting quarterback
Jim Abbott really overcame his "disability":
No doubt! That is a great picture you found
Terrific list! Michael Penix appears on my list too: https://www.tcdb.com/List.cfm/lid/13348/Indiana-University-Football---Get-Me-Out-of-Here!?C=0

https://www.tcdb.com/Person.cfm/pid/2864/Larry-Jaster According to Ernie Harwell, he was an all-state high school QB ... 31-minute mark of this broadcast:
I stumbled over this guy by accident, who does not have a card: https://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/players/tom-hutton-2.html Here's the throw:
Thanks we'll have to put him on the list. 2022- Tom Hutton, 32 year old punter for Oklahoma State, is the oldest active FBS player
