21. 2000-01 SP Authentic #130 Dragan Tarlac

Tarlać was selected by the NBA club the Chicago Bulls in the 1995 NBA draft. He finally left Greece to go play in the NBA in the summer of 2000, when he took off for the United States to play with the Chicago Bulls. His career in the NBA was not particularly successful, and he returned to Europe the following off-season, after winning the FIBA EuroBasket 2001 with the senior Yugoslavian national team.

22. 1997-98 Hoops #199 Marko Milic

After being selected by the Philadelphia 76ers in the 1997 NBA draft (34th pick overall), Milič's rights were traded to the Phoenix Suns. After seeing limited NBA duty (44 career games) during his two seasons with the Suns,he returned to Europe.

23. 2002-03 SP Authentic #189 Robert Archibald

After drafting him in the second round, the Memphis Grizzlies signed Archibald to a 2-year contract. After one season with the team, in which he played only 12 games, Archibald was traded with Brevin Knight and Cezary Trybański to the Phoenix Suns in exchange for Bo Outlaw and Jake Tsakalidis. On 26 December 2003 Archibald was traded again, this time to the Orlando Magic. A week later he was traded, for the third time that season, to the Toronto Raptors in exchange for Mengke Bateer and Remon van de Hare. He played 30 games with the Raptors.

Archibald holds NBA career averages of 1.2 points and 1.6 rebounds per game.

I really wish Zwikker had made it...he would have been alphabetically last to play in the NBA in history. (currently Matt Zunic who has no cards) He at least got cards from his pre-season appearences so he holds that record if nothing else.

If you have in mind other Europeans that haven't played in NBA but have cards (not NCAA ones) like the 4 players at the top of this list, I would be glad to know it!

They played respectively 234 and 109 NBA games. Europeans on this list haven't played more than 50 games. I just add Antonis Fotsis, and still looking to get a Dragan Tarlac card. Those Europeans (90s) don't have their card : Stefano Rusconi, Rastko Cvetkovic, Milos Babic and Vincenzo Esposito.

How about these guys:

İbrahim Kutluay
Arvydas Macijauskas

Mile Ilić
Georgios Papagiannis
Antoine Rigaudeau
Ognjen Kuzmić

Some of them played more recently but none over 50 games.

I will think about this 2000s list...Once I will get a card of those players. Rigaudeau will have a special place in this list. He is in my opinion one of the best French players ever, with Tony Parker. Unfortunately, his way of playing was incompatible with the NBA.

Robert Archibald was from Scotland, and the four players he was traded for during his career were from China, Georgia, the Netherlands, and San Antonio.  I find this mildly interesting.
