Does Kitchen Sink Press make this set, and if it does should it be included in title?

Not necessarily. It depends who released them. If Universal Studios released them and just contracted Kitchen Sink to do the printing; then no. The 1994 set was released by Topps, thus "Topps" is in the set name.
