Okay, usually I'm pretty good at this, but how do you tell the difference between the regular green, gold, and black and the mirror green, gold, and black?

It is hard to tell based on pictures on Ebay or COMC, but it could be that the Mirror version has some sort of embossing.

Looking at these examples, this Gold Rodgers seems flat

and the Mirror one has some outline around the photo

Use the zoom options on each to see. Also it looks like some of these have some text that runs vertically on the sides that are barely or not picked up by a scanner or a camera.
