I have a Gary Clark #321 instead of stats on the back it has schoolwork Example dry is to wet is a) bravery is to cowardice and an Earnest Byner with a similar school question. I assume this was some sort of school release, any info?

That is the card I have. Why are there no stats on the back. What is the set if it's a parrallell set? Any help would be appreciated.
