Difference between Hobby & Retail?

What's the difference between the hobby and retail versions of the base set for 2008 SP Authentic? Can find a noticeable difference in the scans....

The SNs on rookies and auto cards. Look at the bottom of the list for the two. ------------------------------- When life has you down buy a pack of cards and realize you overpaid.

The retail cards do not say Authentic in the SP logo of the front. They just have an SP logo.
