I'm just looking for the difference between the two of these ...

Prizm Rookie Update & Prizm Update Rookie Prizm

Identical checklists, but how do I know what I have in my collection? By the pics here, there's a black tint to one of them? Specifically, which one is consistent with the 300-card base set (2013-14 Panini Prizm)?

I could probably buy the already complete sets cheaper somewhere else, but I like getting my maildays.

The set that is consistent with the 300 card base set (2013-14 Panini Prizm) is the Prizm Rookie Update set. The Prizm Update Rookie Prizm cards are Panini's version of a Topps Chrome Refractor. Note the word Prizm under the card number as well.
