When did Topps Tiffany cards debut?

Please see the attached pic. The backs are completely different and resemble that of a Tiffany on the left. However, I cant find anything Topps Tiffany until 1984. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They offered team checklists (in sheet form) - so that card belongs to the Team Checklists insert (mail in) set.
