I have a 2x3 block of these and there are others on eBay. I know they came 6 per pack, but were these sheets available through other means, or could they be unissued factory stock?

There was a complete set option that came with the album and the 2x3 sheets. There is one on eBay right now.

Are the 2x3 sheets something that can be listed in the database?

I do not believe they are recognized as valid for this site. However, they are a nice add to anyone's collection! Those 2x3 sheets were handed out by Panini sales reps to store owners in order to promote their upcoming issue. If you have info on the sheet containing #21 Montreal Expos Logo, would you be so kind as to post it here? Best regards, T
