Cannot find this card for the life of me

big Matt Duchene collector and I can’t find what card it is

When it isn't in the original checklist, it usually means it's in one of the update sets in a later year (like the Phaneuf in the dropdown), but we don't seem to have it in the database yet (or it's misnumbered because Panini).

is there a way to add the card to the set or can I do anything 

According to Panini, your card was inserted into 2013-14 Panini Totally Certified. At the moment we don't have a set listing for this Elite Inscriptions Update set.
