1991 Star Pics Hockey Forum

It may be pushing it, but I believe this set is unlicensed, everything about the photos etc say it is.

It contains card #70 featruing Jaromir Jagr, who as crazy as it seems is still an active player. This presumably remains under license of the Czech league where he is still playing.

Or is there some other provision that allows it, or not worth fussing over ?

Since there's a full checklist, I'd say it can stay but should be renamed and moved to Unlicensed.
