Didn't want to just submit a missing insert request. But from what I gather the 1994 set included redemption cards for a 22kt Gold Foil "Milk and Cookies Santa" card hand numbered to /1000 and the 1995 set included mail in redemptions for either a "Workshop Santa" or "Rooftop Santa" 22kt gold card hand numbered to /1000. Can anyone verify?

Yes, both sets had redemptions for gold cards.
