I have discovered that I have some of these error cards.  Could they or should they be added to the checklist database?

For this to be processed, please enter an Inaccuracy Report on the set's page. Through the IR give the information needed, like you have here, and any additional info/links. Throug hthe IR those can make the changes will have the tools available to them to track what is happening. Plus, with a larger change being proposed, a couple members may need to work on it. Only through the IR can they collaborate. 

Visual confirmation would help.  Some of this sounds like wrong backs/fronts.
