Likely 1 of many promo type cards from those non-sport magazines.

Not really a mystery as to what it is just wondering if it qualifies for a spot?

We have promos listed all over the place. The only questions become:

With which set should this be included?
Were there other promos issued for this set?

Is this the card?

That's the set, but the card in question has the "Non-Sport Update" on both sides (indicating it's a promo from that magazine).

A lot of research must be done first...
