This is definitely from a Cornerstone set, but I have no clue which of the four. The surrounding color is blue, and I have another blue one with an "OMEGA" inscription. I also have two with green cardboard: a robot and a Doctor Who logo. The reverse is blank,as expected for a box bottom.
