I see Dan added the 4th variation as "1991 Score Promos". Not to nitpick (because I have no better suggestion), but might be confused with "1991 Score - Promos" set.

Just looked at the Hockey ones - is it possible that the blank baseball were distributed at the Toronto convention as well?
