I don't see a variation on this site but I am seeing a "white streak" variation on ebay. Not just raw cards but on PSA graded cards as well where it actually says "no white streak" on the PSA cert. I have a graded version that does NOT have the streak but the cert does not have the statement. My card has a lower number than most on ebay so maybe that has something to with it. At any rate what I am seeing does not appear to be a simple printing error.

I don't take PSA's definition of what constitutes a variation very seriously; they will create a slab for any new version of a card before doing deep research, thus causing pandemonium within master set collections.

That being said, the 'streak' examples look like something dirty was on the printing plate. It was eventually cleaned, and we may actually have a new VAR here.

This site does list a number of VAR (about 6-7) from the 1967 set which are just one-off printing glitches, however I'm unsure they will ever be removed.

It's frustrating when rogue members add these printing glitches.

I read a Beckett article after searching on this and there were about 7 they showed as errors but did not include the white streak.

It's more frustrating when you know cards are not VARs but they will not get removed from the site.
