1995 Signature Rookies Tetrad Multi-Sport Forum

I've scoured the internet and this site... 

1995 Signature Rookies Tetrad, card # T8  James Folston.  Gold "You make the call" logo stamped like this set.  I can't find ANYTHING with this "T" numbering system.  He was a rookie in 1994.  The card is clearly the design of the 1995 set, but the player is pictured in his Raiders uniform with no logos, only college stats and bio, and with a 1995 copyright.  The bottom section of the card is black, unlike any of the set pictured on this site.  What is this card?!

Hey thanks.  Yes, it is that (including "Printed in Canada") but with no Auto or SN.  T8.
