Panini did not release SN or PR info for the SPs in 2010. When the info first came out, they listed all the players who would be in a given set and then what the parallel SNs were. It was presumed that then everyone had a card in the base and everyone had a parallel with the stated SN. But in a few sets this was not the case as some players had cards in only some of the parallels and sometimes did not even have a base version. And then sometimes the PR/SN for the cards was less than what was advertised for the parallel. This initial issue led to many checklists (and personal WL) to have cards that didn't exist or cards with wrong info.
This happened in the Certified set where some players had Prime or Patch cards and not base jerseys, or had SN10 instead of SN100 or another number.
I would first attempt to verify if an SN25 of the card in question exists. If none can be found, then change the note on the checklist for this Hemsky to SN10.
