Is this a noted error card. Bottom inch is a Toronto player, possibly a catcher. I couldn't find anything about it.

Technically, this is a misprint instead of a miscut. The back is perfectly cut, but doesn't match the front. So one side of the sheet of cards was printed incorrectly with the other side. Either way, TCDB does not allow those types of errors to be listed here. But there are some collectors here that chase after that type of error.
