1993 Classic Best Gold Baseball Forum

Just stumbled upon this Error or Var Bonds?  Then noticed it’s not listed on the site.  I looked around wonder if I’m missing something, was it a promo, from a different set, parallel?  Anyone have and insight?

It appears that the player on the card on the right is Jeff Cook, who wore 11 with Prince William Pirates. Ref:

I can't find anything about the card tho. I doubt it would be a foiling error, since the stats on the back are the same on both cards, just the picture is wrong on both sides.
