What distinguishing features are we looking for, in the Medalist version of the Rated Rookies set?

From Beckett:

A "Medalist" parallel was also created and printed on foil card stock accented with both gold foil and silver holographic foil treatments.

Thanks! I found a photo of one from a dealer. Besides the noted features, it has the word MEDALIST on the front.
