Can someone let me know the difference between a standard insert card and a super power insert card?

The scans here make it kind of tough to tell but Beckett mentions that the Super Power cards come with "enhanced holographic foil backgrounds." Looking at images on COMC the regular inserts look pretty dull/dark while the Super Power versions are bright and shiny, such as:

(regular)

vs.

(Super Power)
